Cottage cheese diet for weight loss in 5 days

Day One

For lunch, 150 grams of cottage cheese and half a glass of milk diluted with a third glass of water.
For dinner, the portion of cottage cheese is reduced to 100 grams and it is allowed to drink 2 cups of kefir (low-fat).
Day two
Before breakfast, drink a glass of warm water with the addition of squeezed lemon juice to stimulate metabolism. After half an hour, you can eat 200 grams of cottage cheese without additives.
For lunch – cottage cheese with a glass of milk. You can make a porridge by mixing both products. It is allowed to eat half a banana.
Dinner on the second day is more strict – we drink only water.
Day three
We have breakfast with cottage cheese (150 grams) and a cup of black coffee without cream and sugar.
For lunch, 200 grams of cottage cheese with a small green apple. You can drink yogurt (not sweet) or kefir.
Dinner drinking – you can drink about 400 milliliters of milk, diluted with water.
Day four
For breakfast, toast with cottage cheese and a cup of green tea.
We have a traditional lunch with cottage cheese or porridge made from cottage cheese and sourdough.
We have dinner with a vegetable salad seasoned with low-fat yogurt.
Day five
We drink only milk, diluted with water and low-fat kefir all day. Up to 1.5 liters are allowed. Milk, as always, is low–fat - no more than 0.5%.

The five-day version of the cottage cheese diet for weight loss gives amazing results: from two to three kilograms. The three-day option gives one or two kilograms, allowing you to get clean rather than lose weight.
